These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between td666 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the td666 website located at https://td666.biz and any associated mobile or web-based services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any feature of the td666 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on the td666 platform at any time. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. td666 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your td666 account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify the td666 support team immediately via the contact details provided on this platform.

td666 may request that you complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time. These procedures may include the submission of government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Access to certain platform features, including withdrawals, may be restricted until KYC verification is completed to td666's satisfaction.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible ("return to source" policy).
• td666 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to 3 business days.
• Bonus balances may not be withdrawn unless all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above who have completed the standard registration process and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. By placing any wager on the td666 platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the specific rules applicable to that game or betting market. General rules applicable across all td666 gaming products include the following:

• All wagers placed and accepted by the td666 system are final and cannot be cancelled by the player after acceptance, except in circumstances where td666 explicitly offers a "cash out" or cancellation feature within the applicable product.
• In the event of a clear and demonstrable technical error resulting in a wager being accepted at an incorrect price or under incorrect conditions, td666 reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake to the player's account. The following acts and omissions constitute material breaches of this Agreement. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the td666 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or exploiting promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code or underlying technology of the td666 platform.
• Using the td666 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the td666 platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where it is the sole responsibility of the player to determine the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction before registering.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the td666 platform software. Any player who discovers such an error is required to report it to td666 support immediately and refrain from continuing to exploit it.

All content appearing on the td666 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, graphics, user interface designs, software code, game content, text, images, audio, and video — is either the proprietary property of td666 or is licensed to td666 by its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the td666 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the td666 platform without the prior written consent of td666.

Any unauthorised use of td666's intellectual property is a breach of this Agreement and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which td666 reserves all legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td666 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the td666 platform or any services provided therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, td666 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or delays caused by factors outside td666's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• Any inaccuracies in sports data, live score feeds, or odds information that are supplied by third-party data providers.
• Losses arising from your decision to wager funds on any game, market, or sporting event offered on the td666 platform. Gambling carries inherent risk and you acknowledge that you may lose the entirety of any funds you choose to wager.
